Ashe volley (Gameplay)

I play ashe a lot, a few things with volley some bugs others quality of life, *I will start with bugs when escaping and you use volley it does not count as keeping her in combat and she will go invisible as she escapes.

*Volley and slow now i have tried this on mutliple champs, as a reference it states at a point 50% slow of volley dimishing over a short time, it never slows by 50% of there MS, most recent example was slowing a champ with 380ms dropped to 259 before increasing.

*Volley cast time is way to long, etc chasing champs lvl 18 i have which is a MS of around 450 and a 60% slow on volley at 45%cd which is 2.4secs a cast they have no tenacity 380ms i get a maximum 1 shot off before they walk out of it i should by rights be able to cast that all the way to the ends of the earth perma slowed unless they have a dash or something they should be perma slowed (look at point 2) the fact that ashe dead stops then casts takes around 1 sec maybe more to volley then to start walking the enemy just walks away.
