"Match Accepted" window still up in champion select

I am unable to select a champion or exit out of the window in any way without dodging the match. This happens to me every 10-15 games, and I just instantly get a dodge timer. I've tried accepting, declining, alt+tab, clicking on the background, enter, esc, everything. This issue just gives me an instant dodge timer.
