I have no proof as I don't record when I play. However today I experienced a bug where after throwing Yasuo's 3rd Q, Yasuo's arm and sword remained in place as if I still had the tornado ready to throw, I also still had the circular range indicator that usually comes with the 3rd Q. The wind effects that accompany the 3rd Q were not there, and when I pressed Q it acted like the 1st or 2nd Q, not the 3rd.
