Crashing

Umm so my Laptop is a MSI gaming laptop and it is able to run the PVP.net easily however when i join a que and try to load into a game is crashes once the que is over before ever making it to the loading screen.

I have tried repairing as well as uninstalling my league client and re-installing it but nothing seems to work.

i have literally tried everything even temporarily taking down my firewall for it to load but it didn't work.

please all i want to do is play some crit-plank.

oh and finally my account "bid" has a huge que timer just because of this bug so please can you help a player out by reverting that que time.

Thanks, bid
