Sometimes when I play highnoon Jhin it happens that when I use Q in close range like 50 or so it only bounces twice it happened to me several times, anyone else having the same problem? NOTE: I didn't try to play it without skin so I don't know if its only a probelm with skin or a champion.

Thanks for the report! This appears to be affecting the champion, not just the skin. We're aware of the issue and are working to get a fix in ASAP.
I've noticed that when I use q on a minion that's about 75 or so units away from the rest of the wave it doesn't bounce at all. That could be intentional however, I'm honestly not too sure. Also I don't use a skin.
Its a bugg ive noticed even when champion or minion is there it doesn't bounce off, It happened to me twice in a row now and its getting worse and i've noticed it only happens on early levels.
