Dont have all my champions anymore, even the bought ones, after not playing for almost a year.

the title basically says it all. i got bored of the game and deinstalled. today i watched tyler1 a bit and wanted to get back into it so I installed it again. when i checked my characters the 2 that i bought with riot points were gone also all the ones that i got from chests are gone as well. all the mastery info is still there though.

did something happen while i was gone? or does the game have to install itself completely to show me my characters? or is this a bug? btw the champions that im missing that i paid for are draven and riven if that matters.
