Yasuo e activates without clicking

Sorry for lack of details but I've noticed a lot of times in the late game (when e cooldown low and speeds fast) when I try to do chain e through a line of minions to go forward but it would by itself e backward through some minion without me clicking. Believe me, this is not me mis-clicking, it has never happened before, I suspect that something is making it so that e cannot be canceled even though another one is clicked (maybe e is clicked during animation on the backward minion but this should be canceled by any subsequent e before the end of the animation)
