[LAUNCHER] Champion overview visual/text bug

HI,

The devil is in the detail.

Can not scroll all the way down. Last text line is half visible. Issue appears only when launcher resolution is set to 1600 x 900. Other resolution options show full text as intended. This issue is probably related to the scroll thingy.

My screen:

Display: Philips 230C Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Orientation: Landscape Graphic card? - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open lol launcher and set resolution to 1600 x 900 (Maybe you also need to have 1920 x 1080 screen resolution)
2. Go to Collection -> Champions -> Select champion with large description so that there is scroll option e.g Zac, Kennen, Kayle
3. Scroll to the end of the text
4. Check last text line
