Sejuani vs jayce

I noticed in some tf when u ult jayce with sejuani r he will not be frozen sometimes for some reason like it happend 4 tf in row was aiming on him and i saw it did hit him but not worked btw there was no QSS idk maybe its just grapichs but not sure if i get a chance again ill write more data
