Leagues busted for me right now anyone else

Uh league please fix, thanks. No but seriously my league and i have looked at other things, but my ping is just well, completely awful for some reason since mid day, don't know if its either 1. Traffic on NA server or, 2. my internet servers are clogged making things lag (even though videos aren't its a latency issue, its not awful but i cant play league with it), just wondering any basic fixes i tried resetting modem all the basic things and none of it works, no background apps updating/downloading, etc.
