[GAMEPLAY] Taric's W causes him to jump around erratically

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Cast Bastion (W) on ally.
  2. Walk around near the ally with Bastion.
  3. Observe Taric hopping around.

It seems connected to the lightning bolt animation. He mini-teleports every time the visual effect is sent out.

I'm reposting this because it's been around for quite a while now, and it makes playing as Taric super distracting. Thanks!!

This is not a 100% reproduction rate, yet there is still something going on. I would assume the animation would be causing packet loss, as this isn't input lag, this isn't rubberbanding, etc.
