My net provider is SBB when i be in game i lose net for 15 min and i get afk.When i call sbb they say they have problems with cables in my town and now i have afk

Unfortunately that is just the way things are.

I've had " AFK " agreements pop up when I disconnect for a minute and then reconnect finishing the game. The game doesn't even count then. Which is bs.

I'd submit a ticket were you in the area of winter storm avery by chance? I lost net a while that day as well and power.
