Jax with Sated Devourer

Jax with Sated Devourer seem to be bugged currently. At first, he has to strike three times in order to proc his ultimate passive, but after that it's every other hit, until his ultimate stacks are reset, where he has to start over with attacking three times, and then it procs ever other attack again.
