[Gameplay] Katarina bug

I was playing Katarina and I don't exactly recall how it happened but my "q" wouldn't go off and my "b" wouldn't work. It happened couple times, in two different games and I think it was right after I use ult with Katarina, I start pressing other skill keys. It felt somewhat like old Warwick bug where when he uses "q" right after his ult is finished, it wouldn't go off. Katarina had to be killed to be able to use "q" and "b" again. "w" and "e" worked fine when this was happening.
