Gold chests and Refund Bug

I recently bought Singed and won a game, achieving an 'S' grade and hence earning a gold chest. I then refunded Singed in my purchase history using my second Refund Ticket. The IP has been returned to my account. However, Singed still appears in my 'owned' champions on my profile and in champion select in games. When I try to pick him in a game though it says that I do not own him. I do not know what would happen if a) I had, or would, purchase or otherwise unlock (via chests) a cosmetic for Singed, b) if he might turn up in a game of ARAM, c) if he might turn up on the enemy 'ban' list, potentially even though I don't own him, and d) can't think of other possible problems but you might be able to!

A bit odd - surely a bug eh?
