Game lag crashes or something

this started happening alot when i started playing with Quin, but it also happened before my ping would be fine and FPS fine, but minions just become stuck and keep on shooting and their health bar goes down, but even when it reaches 0, they stay there stuck, and no new minions get spawned and all the effects from summoners arent shown, the only thing that moves are the summoners although i cant make anything of them bcz they stop then speedup then stop then speedup in addition my character moves around but doesnt do anything really, after 10 or so seconds he would just go back to base.... this made me cry after having it 3 matches in a row and i might curse the day i played LOL if this countinues to happen, so plz patch fix DO ANYTHING, IM DESPERATE, there is a certain limit to how much i can avoid LOL to play cs go T_T
