Dark Patcher screen

When I click on the shortcut from my desktop the program launches but the screen is completely dark and it's also missing the launch button, I've tried reinstalling league but still ran into the same issue. I've also attempted to run in administrator but, again, it didn't fix the problem. I have also searched around for answers but nothing that I found fixed the issue. No error message pops up, the patcher just stays dark until I exit out of it. I also cannot click any of the Patcher's contents.
