Game glitches after recent patch

After I have downloaded the new client via new patch, I've been encountering multiple glitches. Most recently I have been getting disconnected even though the internet works fine for my other devices. There has been instances of me choosing a ban then the button shades out and the countdown keeps going as if I hadn't chosen a ban. As a result I get punished by the client for something that is clearly not my fault. I'm worried because this has been happening often and I don't want to lose my account because of client mishaps.
