Chat Service not working

Everytime I log in since this most recent patch The Chat service just never connects and if I relog it will only working 1 outta every 10 to 15 times and I and quite sick of it.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yep, I'm also having this issue. I'm relatively new to LoL, so this problem isn't the end of the world for me since I don't play ranked games, but it's still a pain in the arse.
