[GAMEPLAY] Janna/Urgot - Urgot's R slows Janna for an incredible long time

I was playing Janna, when Urgot used his R on my teammate (Fiora). I got a fear and a slow effect, but the slow effet had a coolbout from appx. 5 min.

2. Janna get fear and slow effect, slow effect with ~5 min. cooldown
3. Urgot dies, Janna's speed is normal
4. Urgot revives, Janna get slowed again (speed 175, normally ~500)
5. Urgot dies, Janna's speed is normal again
6. Urgot revives, Janna get slowed again
7. Janna backport, still slowed
8. Janna dies, debuff removed
9. Janna revives speed is normal
