{GAMEPLAY] Chatbox not Saving Position

I noticed when I started a game yesterday that the chatbox was not in the same spot where I had it before the update. Okay fine the update reset its position so I'll just put it back where it was. Then I realized that the chatbox is defaulting to the lower left corner of my screen every time I start a game. Not sure if its only me or not but the chatbox preferences don't seem to be saving correctly.
