[Gameplay] Sightstone bugged, can't refill

Hello, I was playing support and my sight stone stopped working. My 0 charges did not charge or refill when I recalled to fountain. The glitch only fixed when I upgraded my sight stone. It was in my most recent game as Naut and I have the gameplay saved.
