As many of you already know it is damn near impossible to run this game with the Mac update. I have been through other threads and tried just about everything possible to fix it. I am a pretty loyal player and now will have to stop because my game crashes 100% of the time and usually within 5-10 min. It sucks that I wont be able to play anymore and I wish someone was working on a solution.
I have the same problem. Have sent in support tickets and even chatted with Riot members about it. They say it is Apple's fault so nobody at Riot is trying to fix it. It has been happening since pre-season. Good luck telling Apple to fix their operating system because one video game doesn't work on it.
The same thing happens to me, now I can not start any type of game because it simply does not load after the champions selection [sg-soraka]
Have you got any news? I have the same issue. I've stopped playing league all together since it first happened months ago. I wanted to try playing again but still very very laggy (30 FPS with everything on very low)
Same problem except I can't even load into the character loading screen... thinking of buying anything but Mac just to play league again
