ETA 0 mins MB 0.00 - Were unable to log you in - offline bug

I had unable to log in because you may be offline bug so i tried to reinstall, and now i cant even install the game due to the game not installing . i tried all the solutions online, including deleting host line in notepad, :/ any ideas?
