Getting Blocked from other people's spam/spamming in friend chat

When im in Champ select, i was matched up with someone who copy pasted jungle atleast 150 times in 3 seconds. After he said jg 3 times, i got blocked even though it wasn't me. When i was waiting for my friend to come on, i was in the invite lobby and spamming him, i got blocked on the invite lobby even though i wasn't talking in it. This really annoying me cause I CAN'T CALL MY LANE
