Barrier doesn't disappear. Can't leave pad?

Was in a game with a friend who was playing Riven, and when the barriers popped and everyone left she couldn't get off of the pad, when she tried to Q out it just looked like she was Q'ing against a wall. Sure it was hilarious but she couldn't leave until she reconnected. Has this been reported yet?
