Can't connect to game

So last night I decided to play a few matches before I go to sleep, but something happened. After the champ select, the game went into the waiting screen where it shows the arts of 10 champions (you know what I mean) before getting into the actual gameplay. It was just loading right there for 10+ minutes. I checked my internet connection and it worked totally normal, the internet connection was great, to be honest. After 10 minutes, I escaped that screen and the client showed that the game has re-made. I thought it was something that had to do with my laptop, so I restarted it, reset the internet router, and the same problem occurred 3 more times. For instance, I went to sleep and let my friend borrowed my account; eventually, he played ranked and normal games beautifully fine. I thought that was some bug, but it was late and I was too lazy to turn on my laptop, so I just tried again just a few minutes ago, and it happened again, twice. I uninstalled League from my laptop and reinstalled it, hoping it would work; well, you already know what happened after that because that's the whole purpose of this post. Hence, is there any solutions that I can fix this kind of situation? Thank you for spending your time reading my concern!
