three hunters boarder not showing

I bought three hunters boarder and final hunt icon and i have a project skin but cant see the boarder. Anyone else has this problem??

To clarify, you've crafted the borders, and you own PROJECT Vayne, Vi, or Jhin? If this is the case and you aren't seeing the content properly displaying, please shoot us a ticket and Player Support will be able to take a look at your account and sort things out!
