glitch (I was an orb..) u know wut im sayin

I was playing master yi and out of nowhere the game messed up I could use moves but there was a delay it wasn't lag also sometimes I would go into the ground after using q and end game I used q and become a orb and was somewhat in the ground and floating around as a orb I tried to screen shot but all it showed was a black screen has anyone experience this? or something similar u know wut im sayin
