Extremely low fps after the patch, or is it windows 10?

Normally I have around 220 fps, but after either this league patch or windows 10 update, the game now says I have about 70 fps (but plays like it has 1.5 fps), with medium graphics (plays with very high quality otherwise)

Anyone else with these problems? I have a g4560 and a gtx 670.

It may be a combination of both tbh.

When i upgraded to windows 10, my fps dropped some... not to the extent that you have mentioned, just from 120 to 80.

Later after a patch my fps dropped further from 80 to 60s-70s.

LOL you're lucky u can even get into game, I just crash and bug splat when loading screen tries to come up. Idk if it might be new windows 10 update or not, the game was working perfectly fine yesterday.

have the same problem. after new patch had no problem. only after the windows 10 update it happened. between 10-20 fps, unplayable. changing resolution or lowering graphics doesn't help a bit. i tried to turn "gaming mode" in windows off (as i read in other forums that it solves the issue), also no change :( pls help!!!
