Broken mmr system on normals

I know that they don't matter that's why they are called normals , but its the place i want to train new picks or something . But im a silver II player with s3 mmr (atleast that's what op.gg says) but when i play normals 80+% of my games have a diamond , high plat player , please allow me to play with ppl of my caliber.There should be a mmr system introduced on normals or improve the one you already have.Linked my op.gg for you to see that a lot of people are around there ( ik i am not good im trying to come back after a big break and suspensions , sorry). It is not an actual bug but i didn't find a category to match more :/ .
