[Client] Can't log into dynamic queue after every new league patch

With the introduction to dynamic queue, the client will not let me log into dynamic queue. When I click on the button for ranked queue, a black screen appears. Even if I accept someone's invitation to a ranked game, a black screen still appears. The black screen does not go away, except when I press the "X" button to get out of dynamic queue.

There is a solution to this, and it is to click the repair button when I restart the client. But, this is not ideal as the client takes time to repair the league files.

This happened to me every single time a new league patch appears.
