SOME1 STOLEN MY ACCOUNT I WANT TO BANNED THIS,, I CANT RECOVER THIS ACCOUNT BCAUSE HE/SHE CHNGE EMAIL ACCOUNT I DONT KNOW TO DO HELP THNKS,,BETTER TO BE BANNED THAN HE/ASHE USE IT

If you could prove the account was yours enough to get it banned you could prove it was your to reclaim it. If you can't get into the account to reclaim it, then you have no proof it's yours.
