I bought 15 dollars worth of RP and i only got the 5 dollars worth. I checked my bank before and after and it showed that I had made the purchase. How do I go about addressing this issue?

riot please come on man i bought 20$ of rp and it never showed, my card was charged and i got the successes confirmation but i never got the rp riot come on dont be like that.
