[CLIENT] Can't Select Champ in Champ Select

Entered into ranked game champion select. Was last pick. Sound plays for when it's my turn to pick. Timer resets and still shows the other team picking. Can't pick any champ. Timer runs down. Apparently I failed to select a champ and thus dodged the game.
