Press the Attack is unusable for whole team if you don't get a full proc on vessel/decoy.

If you are playing illaoi and have press the attack keystone and you only get 2 stacks on a E vessel you and the vessel despawns or gets killed before you full proc said keystone it will lock the keystone for the rest of the game, for you and your teammates. I have heard of the same thing happening if you use PTA on a wukong decoy and dont get the full proc.
