twited tree line bug

I played a couple of twisted tree line games and some summoners act like npc's. all they do is auto-attack or just walk. sometimes its only one person but one game was everyone but me. they dont talk on chat but they do buy items thats they only thing they do i have had other players tell me the same thing happening to them. plz riot check the bug some summoners lose matches without being able to do nothing
