Ranked Duos Disconnect During Game

Playing Duos with my friends the other day, and everything ran smoothly. Champ Select perfect, load screen perfect, but when I got to lane. I disconnected from the servers 3 times within 5 minutes. My champ would drift into the middle of the lane and more times when not cause me to lose CS or die. I have reset my router, and modem, ping for packet loss from PC to Router, Modem, Google.com, and there isn't any packet loss. So I have concluded that it can not be my internet. If anyone else has experienced this please assist if you have fixed it.
