Darius will not pull even if it is withing range GAMEPLAY

Ever since the update, darius is unable to pull even if it is in range, especially when you flash and then pull. It seems to only work when the target is withing 3/4 of the range, anything beyond that it will not work when you are moving. It works when the target or darius itself is stationary. Please look into this. Thank you
