Malphite E/Cinderhulk Particle Vision Bug [Gameplay]
I was playing against an enemy Malphite. He was completely in the fog of war in his jungle clearing his wolves. We had no vision in his jungle but could still see the particles for either his E or his Cinderhulk (EDIT: It was his W) It later also happened as his Red buff when we had no vision.
EDIT: I did reproduce it, and it's actually Malphite's W that is bugged. It gives vision to the enemy team from anywhere on the map. I will upload a screenshot.
