Game remake timerange

Dear Riot,

Today I started a game like no other. Nothing special. But when I started the loading screen it just didn't load in. So after some time it gave me an bug splat. It did contain no information of what had gone wrong nor what I could do to fix it, the only option it gave me was to send it to riot so they could try and fix it.

So I did send it to them. After that I reconnect to the game, but at the time I came back they used the remake feature in the game and I lost 15 LP. This is something that shouldn't be happening because It was an error in the engine, while I have not touched the core files of the engine (I would have no reason for).

Can someone of riot try and create a fix for this problem, I think more people are experiencing this problem. You can maybe try and solve this problem by setting the remake timer on around 4 till 7 minutes. This would give people more time to reconnect to the game. All though we can not give the enemy team too much time and free farm. Anyways, this is a big problem and I think it should be looked into,
