Store Won't Function Properly

About two days ago I had enough IP to buy Darius or Diana. But I wanted Darius more, so I decided to but him. As I tried to purchase him, the purchase button went gray and nothing was happening. So canceled my purchase and tried again. This time the store took several minutes to load up and several more minutes to load the champion purchase screen. But it still wouldn't let me buy Darius. So I tried buying Diana instead and guess what? It let me purchase her! Any feed back about this issue would be nice.

Also I bought RP cards today from GameStop. I went home to go and redeem them. Same problem store is loading up really slow, but I encountered a different problem. The "Purchase RP" button wouldn't let me click on it. Nothing happened. Please any way to fix this problem please let me know.

But overall the problem I have the most is the store loading up really slow. I don't know if it's just me, but it's bothering me quite a bit.
