[GAMEPLAY] Hecarim is doing friendly fire with Devastating Charge

In the clip, you can see the red team Hecarim damaging and knocking back the red team Ezreal with Devastating Charge. I also have a really bad screenshot showing both Hecarims damaging Ezreal in the death recap. I'm not entirely sure if it happened at other points of the game, though it looked like it happened to the Jinx at some point later on. Might only occur on ascension?

To reproduce it, it looks like you need an ally to be in Hecarim's hitbox as he's doing the damage/knockback portion of Devastating Charge. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to test it in custom games or anything, just grabbing this clip.
