[Gameplay] Invisible Yorick & Teammates, unable to attack or leave fountain, etc.

So I've recently encountered a bug with Yorick that, in EVERY game, he and all allies are invisible (except for a select few particle effects). You can buy items but they do not show up in the inventory, you can use summoners but they dont go on cooldown, you can get an ability but it doesnt go on cooldown either, you can't leave fountain.

Restarting the game once allows you to see everything again, leave the fountain, and use summoners, however the summoners do not visually appear on screen and don't go on coolodown. Items may or may not show up, and abilites do not go on cooldown. You are free to move, but it is VERY laggy and unresponsive. Minions move and attack eachother, but take no damage and never die. On YOUR screen, minions pile up into giant deathballs where they dont move. You still can not attack.

Restarting the game twice does pretty much the same, and the only thing that changes is the minions SOMETIMES take damage and you can SOMETIMES attack.

Restarting the game a third time (If i'm correct) completely fixes the problem. However, i have recently only been able to successfully restart one time after the first time i encountered and eventually fixed it. Restarting any more than one time (for me recently) has caused the game to get stuck in the loading screen, then a pop up appears and says a network connection cannot be found. Then League crashes, restarts, and asks me to reconnect, then proceeding to repeat the cycle of freezing, crashing, and restarting.

It only seems to happen with Yorick in my experience, and i figured id report it in case it isn't on my end, cause honestly, who plays Yorick?

So to repeat this, here's what you do:

1. Pick Yorick in ANY game (Custom, Co-op VS. Ai, Featured, Aram, Normal, Ranked)
2. Once game loads, events in Paragraph 1 occur.
3. Restart #1, once loaded, events in paragraph 2 should occur.
4. Restart #2, either game will crash in loading screen or game will load, and not much will change.
5. Restart #3, game will crash in loading screen and the cycle will repeat, or game will load and be fixed.
6. If the game is not fixed after the 3rd restart, either it will not fix itself the entire game, or it will be fixed with more consecutive restarts.
