Bug where i cannot leave the base!!

Ok. So I was playing Heimerdinger top. And halfway between loading screen i disconnect from it either by exitting it or the client it self did it. ANyway i reconnect at the 21 second mark. I have the ms buff, but i can't leave the base. I can't click out of the base circle, but i can walk aroound the in the base circle. I even tp'd top lane (Which did work) but then my character walked back to base by itself, and i tried clicking and pressing S, no work. I had to reconnect to fix issue.

I've had someone in my team with the same bug. He tried flashing out, recalling, and reconnecting. didn't work.

Weird. I did not want to waste flash, but my bug was fixed after a restart

This is still a problem, happens every 9-10 games.

Well.. The best i ever had. I started a ranked game then i couldn't get out from base. Ok. Then i tried to reconnect at 98% i must to try it again an then when the 3rd time i could reconnect but again disconnected me for passive and for the 5th time it crashed again
