[Gameplay] Stealth Ward Tooltip has Wrong Information.

I noticed today while playing as Leona in Solo Queue in Ranked, that the item 'Warding Totem' has incorrect tooltip information. While I was level 5 the tooltip read: "UNIQUE Active: Places a Stealth Ward that lasts 120 seconds (120 second cooldown). At Level 9, this ward's duration increases to 120 seconds." However, I was level 5 so it should only last for 60 seconds. I placed a ward from the trinket and its time is correct, 60 seconds. Nothing game breaking, just some numbers need to be changed on a trinket's tooltip. Note: This has happened on multiple champions across different queues. Picture included.
