The Login Server Did Not Respond [Client] [Error]

After not playing for a few months, and before that not having any issues, I come back to see that I have some sort of internet problem. I check to see if all my other online sources work (which they do), then come back to league to see that it still isn't working. I try, I kid you not, 150 times to see if it will start to work. After a while, I look at the links it give, and those do not help. Then I shed a single tear and went to the help of others, but that didn't work either. HELP ME RIOT!!!!!!!
