I am level 52. I am not under level 8. This is ranked. The standard runepage that the staff at Riot created is garbage on Yasuo.

Do you not own any rune pages beyond the defaults? I own 5 extra so idk if you get two free. If you get 2 free, then idk why you don't just straight up make it for yourself. If no, then they have 5 free ones that are trying to fit 140 champions. Not sure what you want. 140 free ones? that's silly.

This does look like a serious bug and making a title that just insults Riot and the game as well as insulting Riot in the body of your thread doesn't help Riot see what this thread is about so they can address the bug. I've gone ahead and edited your title for you to be something more descriptive and Boards appropriate since part of the title is a violation of the mature content section of the Universal Rules. I've also removed some needless insults as well as an off topic section of the thread.
I would strongly recommend adding any other information you can of what could have possibly triggered this bug so Riot can work on figuring out what happened.
