Game claims I'm level 8 and won't let me select runepage in Ranked

I am level 52. I am not under level 8. This is ranked. The standard runepage that the staff at Riot created is garbage on Yasuo.

Do you not own any rune pages beyond the defaults? I own 5 extra so idk if you get two free. If you get 2 free, then idk why you don't just straight up make it for yourself. If no, then they have 5 free ones that are trying to fit 140 champions. Not sure what you want. 140 free ones? that's silly.

I do own 2 beyond the defaults.

Also based on my screenshot provided, do you really believe that Riot named a runepage "b"?

I was giving you some benefit of the doubt of not just being the laziest player ever. Just make one for him if you have it. No reason to be a dick to Riot about god knows what then.

You've really got to start making some sense. Make what for who if I have what? If riot is being a dick to me, I will be a dick toward them.

I also don't think you caught what my issue is about at all. Do I really need to explain it in words for you to understand what's going on?

Yes you have to use words to explain what you mean. It’s the basics of communication. If someone misunderstands you, use words and examples to better exaplin yourself.

Alright here's the situation: I went into a queue for ranked solo. Came into a lobby, select the champion i want to play, ban unbalanced swain, lock in my champion, next thing I know it doesnt allow me to select the correct runepage. It displays the message as shown in the image attached to this bug-issue and that's about it.

Hey,

This does look like a serious bug and making a title that just insults Riot and the game as well as insulting Riot in the body of your thread doesn't help Riot see what this thread is about so they can address the bug. I've gone ahead and edited your title for you to be something more descriptive and Boards appropriate since part of the title is a violation of the mature content section of the Universal Rules. I've also removed some needless insults as well as an off topic section of the thread.

I would strongly recommend adding any other information you can of what could have possibly triggered this bug so Riot can work on figuring out what happened.
