Tab Out

Now I have no idea if this is a game bug or not but ever since the new login client has been live when I am in game my flash and wards are on my mouse buttons so when I press them to flash away or ward a bush I get automatically tabbed out from the game and this gets very annoying because if im fighting a 1v1 and enemy uses bushes to cancel my autos I ward that bush but i get tabbed out and die/enemy gets away. Can someone relate to this problem or know how to fix it??
