[BUG] Quinn stuck as Valor

Found a bug the other day while playing bots with a mate. After using Quinn's Ult and turning into Valor, if you were to get eaten by Tahm Kench, you will be stuck as Valor for the rest of the game. The skill stays on permanent cool down with no description. The timer for the ult runs out with the arrows coming down from above, but you still stay as Valor with all of Valor's skills. While in this state, the passive marks still appear on enemies. Dying does not reset this state either.

Easy bug to recreate, so be careful if Quinn and Kench end up in the same game.
